HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS?

Always try and store all products in a dark, dry, cool environment. As the ingredients are 100% natural and organic this storage method is important to preserve the products shelf life and nutrients. Do not leave the products in a place where the sun will shine directly on them as over a period of a few months this will dramatically speed up the process of oxidation (deterioration) due to them continually heating up and cooling down.


DO MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?

Yes we do use preservatives. However, the preservatives we use are ALL 100% natural (not synthetic) if not organic, our Vitamin E is even GMO-FREE! Zero chemical preservatives are used.


DO MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY CHEMICALS?

No, and we never will! ALL products we use are a 100% Natural or Wild if not totally Organic. NO chemicals are used whatsoever.


WHAT MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR 
DRY SKIN CONDITIONS?

Our main two products for dry skin conditions would be the Feel Butter ‘Berries’ and the Lovin' Oil. Both products contain many essential fatty acids that penetrate directly into the skin working with the cells to eliminate flakiness and dry patches. Unlike most lotions, these products do not contain water-based ingredients, which dilute the nutrients within the product.


WHAT MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR 
STRETCH MARKS AND SCARS?

The Feel Butter ‘Mint Chocolate’ is recommended for those who wish to prevent having stretch marks. The enhanced amount of Cocoa butter, that has deep hydration properties and is known to be a stretch mark reducer, makes this perfect for dealing with most skin blemishes. With the added organic and natural oils the Feel Butter ‘Mint Chocolate’ also works very well in keeping your skin smooth, supple and nourished.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SKIN AND HAIR TO 
ADJUST TO MRS MILLI'S?

If like most people, your skin and hair products have been those that contain synthetics, chemicals and other harmful, damaging ingredients it may be that you need time to adjust to the natural and organic ingredients. A few breakouts or initial dry hair is normal as your body needs time to detoxify and adjust to the new regime. We couldn't give an exact time frame, but it is known that it takes approximately 30 days for new cells to renew themselves, so we would recommend giving it 4-5 weeks to see a remarkable difference,


WHY AM I LEFT WITH OILY HAIR AFTER USING THE HAIR 
PRODUCTS? 

The Hair products are designed to help seal in moisture. The best moisture for your hair is water so if you're applying the hair products to dry hair you will be left with an oily texture as your hair was unable to absorb the product. Use the products on wet or damp hair and let it air dry then style as normal.

It may also take you a few goes to figure out how much product you need to use each time. Some may need a lot more/less than others. We suggest you start with a small amount and if you find your hair is still dry after use then you may need a little more, and if you find your hair to be oily after use you may need to use a little less. WHY DO I HAVE A SLIGHT WHITE RESIDUE AFTER USING 
THE LIP BALMS?

Our lip balms do not contain any synthetic ingredients that give your lips a false shine and/or dry them out. The purpose of the lip balms is to keep the lips and surrounding area healthy and moisturised, this is why we use the best organic ingredients including olive wax to help keep the product together (rather than harmful binding agents that most lip balms contain). When applied generously the olive wax can leave a slight white residue, however you can combat this problem by simply rubbing in the excess lip balm into your lips via using your fingres. 


WHICH MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS ARE SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?

All Mrs Milli's products are Vegan friendly.


WHY HAS THE BAOBAB FACE MOISTURISER LEFT MY FACE OILY?

Our baobab face moisturiser is a cold pressed and very rich oil. This is why you would normally only need 1 or 2 pumps to moisturise your whole face. If you're using more than this you may find that your skin rejects the excess product and thus your face feels oily.

Furthermore, the product should not be used on dry skin as again your skin will not absorb the product properly. Clean damp skin is the best time to use it so your face is able to harness the nutrients from the product, without an oily finish, the way it's suppose to.

We advise our customers to wash their face and then gently pat any excess water, being careful not to totally dry the skin. Next take 1 or 2 pumps of the Baobab Lovin' Oil and massage onto the face in circular motions.


HOW LONG WILL THE MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS LAST ME?

Although its hard to specify an exact timeframe due to everybody having different hair/skin care routines, our products are all very rich and not watered down therefore can last a lot longer than your mainstream hair and skin care product. The richness of the product means you don't need to use heaps to get the best results which in turn allows you to keep a product for weeks and in some cases months.

It is common for our customers to express that one of the reasons why they love our products is the fact that the repurchase time frame is a lot longer than what they were used to. 


DO MRS MILLI'S PRODUCTS HAVE EXPIRY DATES?

Yes, the expiry dates are located on the product itself. You may notice that the shelf life isn't as long as your usual cosmetic products that contain chemical preservatives which, ultimately have negative effects on your hair and skin but prolong shelf life. But let’s be honest, if you haven’t used a product within 6 months then you probably don’t like it! We would recommend that you use the products within 6 months of receiving them, however it is very common for our customers to tell us that they have been using the product with no drop in results beyond the recommended 'use by' date.

All prices are automatically calculated when you go to check out, just select your region:

- UK shipping costs £5.99, FREE on all orders over £45.

- European Shipping costs are £12.99, FREE on all orders over £80.

- Worldwide Shipping costs start at £15.99, FREE on all orders over £125.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once ordered, Mrs Milli's aims to dispatch every order within 24 to 48 hours (weekends and public holidays not included), however there may be the very rare occasion where it may take a couple of days longer. If this is the case you will be informed via email.

Mrs Milli's cannot guarantee delivery dates, however we aim to have all orders to you within 3 working days (UK), 7 working days (EUROPE), and 12 working days (WORLDWIDE).

All orders are sent signed-for and tracked (Worldwide orders are tracked only).

Mrs Milli's is not liable in any way shape or form, for your order once it has been shipped. Normally your local Postal/Sorting Office will hold any parcels that they attempted to deliver to you for a number of days, so please check with them if you haven't received your order after 7 days (UK), 12 days (Europe) and 18 days (Rest of the World).
